Individual Counseling
Jillian offers outpatient substance use counseling for individuals with mild to moderate needs who are seeking support, education, and accountability in a flexible, nonjudgmental setting. She works with adults to better understand their relationship with substances, build healthier coping strategies, and reduce risk while maintaining progress in daily life. Using evidence-based approaches, including CBT and the Seven Challenges model, Jillian helps clients develop insight, strengthen decision-making, and create sustainable changes without the need for higher levels of care.
Addiction Support
Jillian provides individual therapy for ages18+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, offering a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported and understood. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, she works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation.
